I definitely do not like it on Win32 where so many decent common controls already exist and are more mature. I have never looked at the UI code in Ethereal, but if there is sufficient separation from the working code, perhaps a re-fit of native Win32 UI wouldn't be as difficult as it initially sounds. Mike.
